📋 Description
- • Join ICF’s IT Modernization Team as a Salesforce Business Analyst (Remote) to support the United States Treasury Common Services Center – Technology Services, where you will lead requirements definition, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive process improvements for federal technology initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will lead requirements-gathering sessions, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning, act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, coordinate testing efforts, mentor junior analysts, and prepare documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and weekly program reports.
- • ICF’s IT Modernization division is a fast-growing, dynamic technology organization serving federal clients, combining cutting-edge technology with deep expertise to solve complex challenges and support mission-critical government operations.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and communication skills, gain deep experience in Salesforce and Agile environments, strengthen leadership abilities through mentoring and cross-team collaboration, and contribute to high-impact projects that transform how federal agencies serve the public.
