- • Execute world-class Go-To-Market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementations, ensuring flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting structures as defined by the Director of RevOps.
- • Design and deploy modern Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, replacing outdated Workflows and Process Builder with scalable, maintainable solutions.
- • Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types to align with client sales processes and revenue goals.
- • Lead complex data migration initiatives, resolving legacy data inconsistencies and ensuring clean, actionable datasets within Salesforce.
- • Integrate Salesforce with the modern RevOps stack including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools to enable seamless lead routing, attribution, and sales enablement.
- • Serve as the technical consultant to clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions and clearly explaining the impact of configuration changes to non-technical stakeholders like Sales Managers.
- • Maintain a rigorous testing protocol by validating all changes in Sandbox environments before deploying to production, adhering to a double-check culture.
- • Manage multiple concurrent client projects with precision, prioritizing deadlines and deliverables in a high-velocity, multi-client agency environment.
- • Accurately track time spent on client work using agency systems, demonstrating discipline in billing and resource allocation.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Communications, and Commerce teams to align Salesforce configurations with broader marketing and sales strategies powered by DiscoverabilityOS™.
- • Ensure all Salesforce configurations support the alignment of brand and demand across every decision point in the buyer’s journey.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all configurations, processes, and customizations for knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client Salesforce performance, suggesting enhancements that reduce manual effort and increase sales team efficiency.
- • Operate 100% remotely from anywhere in Canada, using Zoom, Slack, and standard office productivity tools to collaborate with team members and clients.
- • Adhere to company policies regarding work authorization, permanent residence in Canada, and professional conduct while working remotely.
- • Maintain reliable internet access and a professional home office environment to ensure consistent performance and communication.
- • Use a company-provided laptop (PC or Mac) to perform all job functions, including accessing Salesforce, RevOps tools, and internal collaboration platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
- • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
