- • Execute world-class go-to-market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementations, translating high-level RevOps blueprints into functional, scalable systems.
- • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, avoiding legacy Workflows and Process Builder.
- • Ensure data hygiene across all Salesforce instances through rigorous data migration, cleansing, and validation processes.
- • Configure and optimize routing logic, validation rules, and assignment rules to improve sales team efficiency and reduce manual work.
- • Develop and maintain custom reporting and dashboards that align with client KPIs and revenue tracking needs.
- • Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand operational pain points and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions.
- • Explain technical Salesforce configurations to non-technical stakeholders, such as Sales Managers, to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
- • Test all Salesforce changes in Sandbox environments before deploying to production, adhering to a strict double-check culture.
- • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment without compromising quality or deadlines.
- • Accurately track time spent on client work using agency-approved systems to ensure billing integrity and project profitability.
- • Integrate Salesforce with modern RevOps tools including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ platforms to enable end-to-end revenue operations.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations, processes, and integrations to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- • Work remotely across the United States with full virtual collaboration via Zoom and Slack, with optional access to the Irvine, CA office.
- • Operate a laptop (PC or Mac) and standard office productivity tools to perform all job functions effectively.
- • Maintain reliable internet access and a professional remote work environment to ensure seamless communication and performance.
- • Adhere to agency standards for precision, accountability, and time management in all deliverables.
- • Participate in virtual team meetings, client calls, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions as required.
- • Support the broader RevOps team by contributing to pitch decks, discovery calls, and client onboarding workflows.
- • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and RevOps industry trends to continuously improve client outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
- • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
