You will be instrumental in owning, enhancing, and evolving our Salesforce environment, playing a pivotal role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes and driving business growth.
- • As a Salesforce Developer at Pavago, you will be at the forefront of leveraging the Salesforce platform to its fullest potential. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions that address complex business requirements. This includes building custom applications, automating workflows, integrating with other systems, and ensuring the overall health and performance of our Salesforce instance.
- • You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams, to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. This involves conducting detailed requirement gathering sessions, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative improvements that align with our strategic objectives.
- • A significant part of your role will involve hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Your expertise will be crucial in developing robust and scalable solutions that can adapt to our evolving business needs.
- • Beyond custom development, you will also be responsible for administering and configuring the Salesforce platform. This includes managing user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules. You will also be involved in data management tasks, such as data cleansing, import/export, and ensuring data integrity. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to our leadership team.

This could involve streamlining lead management, optimizing opportunity tracking, enhancing case management, or improving customer onboarding processes. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- • You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Salesforce projects, from initial concept and design through to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. This includes creating technical design documents, writing unit tests, performing system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UCT).
- • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Continuously evaluate new technologies and functionalities that can further enhance our Salesforce ecosystem and provide a competitive advantage.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems.
- • Contribute to the development and enforcement of Salesforce governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity.
- • Mentor and guide junior team members or business users on Salesforce best practices and functionalities, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- • You will be a critical link between our business objectives and the technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform, ensuring that our CRM investment delivers maximum value.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing company. You will have the autonomy to shape our Salesforce strategy and implement solutions that directly contribute to our success in the telecommunications industry.
- • We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. If you are a skilled Salesforce Developer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to grow your career, we encourage you to apply.
