You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing robust Salesforce solutions that directly support and align with the strategic objectives of our Customer Care organization. This position is crucial for translating intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance Salesforce features, leveraging your deep expertise in configuration, custom development, and seamless system integration. - • In your day-to-day activities, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of sophisticated Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are meticulously aligned with overarching business goals across marketing, sales, and service departments. A key aspect of your role will involve translating complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce features, adhering strictly to best practices in both declarative configuration and custom development. You will focus on building highly scalable solutions, which will include the development and refinement of Flows, custom objects, validation rules, Apex classes, and dynamic Lightning components. Furthermore, you will be tasked with integrating Salesforce with various external systems, utilizing your proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools to ensure data flows seamlessly and securely. Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your work, as you will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other technical stakeholders to thoroughly gather requirements, conduct detailed design reviews, and ensure all solutions meet the highest standards. You will also be responsible for meticulously documenting all implemented solutions, including detailed user stories and technical processes, to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability. Coordinating training sessions, conducting walkthroughs, and facilitating knowledge transfer to other team members will be essential to empower the wider organization. Ensuring the proper deployment of solutions and adherence to environment strategies for all releases, followed by providing critical post-deployment support, will be a core responsibility. You will actively manage configuration items such as profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and automations, ensuring the integrity and security of the Salesforce environment. Maintaining clean data practices through proactive deduplication, validation rules, and robust system governance will be paramount. Additionally, you will stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, proactively researching and recommending relevant AppExchange solutions and contributing to the ongoing development of our platform governance strategies.
