- • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
- • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans for technical and implementation teams.
- • Create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Drive consistent stakeholder communication and deliver executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including test case design, participant scheduling, and issue resolution tracking.
- • Plan and execute training programs to prepare end users for new Salesforce functionality and ensure smooth adoption.
- • Lead change management initiatives using structured frameworks to maximize user adoption and realize measurable business value.
- • Define, track, and report on project KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI indicators to demonstrate the impact of Salesforce investments.
- • Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation stabilization support to address transition challenges.
- • Act as the primary liaison between business users, implementation partners, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- • Conduct cross-functional working sessions to align business needs with technical capabilities and ensure shared understanding across teams.
- • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule within defined scope and budget constraints.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions, changes, and project artifacts throughout the implementation process.
- • Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions to coordinate timelines, resources, and communication for multinational Salesforce deployments.
- • Promote a user-centered approach to implementation by prioritizing usability, process efficiency, and long-term system sustainability.
- • Engage with enterprise-level teams to align Salesforce initiatives with broader organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
- • Participate in strategic planning for Salesforce transformation programs with global impact and high visibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, and business analysis
- • Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects
- • Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation, stakeholder management, project planning and execution, risk and issue management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training coordination, and change management
- • Experience leading workshops and cross-functional working sessions
- • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service
- • English proficiency at C1/C2 level (written and verbal)
