📋 Description

• As a Salesforce Integration Engineer at Hermetic AI, you will anchor the integrations function behind the company’s CRM ecosystem and automation platform, enabling AI-powered customer engagement solutions for the hospitality industry.
• You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations, build and support Python-based backend services and automation workflows, and create reliable connections between internal and external systems to improve data synchronization and operational efficiency.
• Hermetic AI is a fast-growing US-based AI startup focused on transforming customer engagement for hospitality businesses through its AI product Mia, a 24/7 sales assistant that automates lead response, follow-ups, and booking conversions for hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
• You will gain hands-on experience in scalable integration architecture, contribute directly to product impact in a high-ownership startup environment, and deepen your expertise in Salesforce, Python, APIs, and backend systems while collaborating cross-functionally on technical and product requirements.
