- • As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving transformative customer engagement strategies for our private equity-backed clients. This role is designed for a hands-on expert who thrives on practical implementation and leveraging the full power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to deliver measurable value. You will be instrumental in configuring, optimizing, and deploying sophisticated marketing solutions that enhance customer journeys and drive business growth.
- • Your primary focus will be on utilizing out-of-the-box SFMC capabilities, with a particular emphasis on Marketing Cloud Next, to build robust and scalable marketing automation. This means designing and implementing intricate customer journeys using Journey Builder, creating efficient automations, and developing sophisticated segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time. You will be expected to translate complex marketing requirements into elegant, maintainable platform configurations, ensuring that our clients can effectively engage their customers across multiple channels.
- • A key aspect of this role involves managing and optimizing the data architecture within SFMC. You will be responsible for configuring data models, setting up and managing Data Extensions, and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, as well as other critical data sources. This data-centric approach is vital for creating personalized experiences and enabling accurate reporting and analytics. Your work will directly impact the client's ability to understand and act upon customer data, driving more informed marketing decisions.
- • You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end campaign execution process. This includes supporting the setup and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, as well as multi-channel initiatives, all while adhering to standard SFMC features and best practices. Your expertise will ensure that campaigns are not only executed flawlessly but also optimized for performance and deliverability.
- • Collaboration is central to success in this role. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including client business leaders, CRM teams, and data specialists. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences will be essential in gathering requirements, explaining platform capabilities, and ensuring alignment across different teams and systems. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to best leverage SFMC to achieve their strategic objectives.
- • Ensuring the long-term success and maintainability of the solutions you implement is paramount. You will champion Salesforce best practices, focusing on performance optimization, robust data management, and clean, efficient configurations. This proactive approach minimizes technical debt and ensures that the SFMC instance remains a valuable asset for the client.
- • The role also encompasses supporting the entire lifecycle of SFMC solutions, from initial testing and deployment through to user enablement and ongoing optimization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting configuration issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to existing setups. Your commitment to continuous improvement will ensure that clients derive maximum benefit from their SFMC investment.

This role can be structured as either full-time or part-time, offering flexibility to suit your needs. 🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- • Practical experience with Marketing Cloud Next, specifically utilizing standard, out-of-the-box functionality.
- • Strong understanding of SFMC data models, Journey Builder, automation studio, and segmentation capabilities.
- • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- • Comfortable working in client-facing consulting environments and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
