- • Vanta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Product Manager, Channel Partnerships to join our dynamic Business Systems team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing the Salesforce and Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem, with a specific focus on post-opportunity creation workflows. Your expertise will directly impact Vanta's ability to efficiently manage the entire customer journey from initial engagement through to successful provisioning.
- • You will take ownership of key aspects of our Salesforce environment, ensuring that processes related to opportunity lifecycle management, quoting, contracts, entitlements, ERP integration, product integration, and provisioning are not only functional but also highly optimized and scalable. This is a hands-on product management position that requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technical capabilities.
- • A core responsibility will be to translate complex business requirements from various stakeholders into clear, actionable product specifications and process designs. You will be expected to drive the execution of these specifications, meticulously measure user adoption, and ultimately deliver tangible, measurable business outcomes that contribute to Vanta's growth and operational excellence.
- • You will be tasked with balancing strategic roadmap initiatives with the need to respond effectively to emerging business needs. This involves proactive engagement with stakeholders, serving as a trusted thought partner to help design and implement solutions that are both effective in the short term and sustainable in the long term.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, Sales, and Legal. By fostering strong partnerships, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of their challenges and requirements, enabling you to build systems that truly support and enhance their efforts.
- • Reporting to the Lead Product Manager for Business Systems, you will be part of a collaborative product management team, working alongside two other Product Managers. You will also engage closely with our dedicated Salesforce Admin & Developer teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to platform development and enhancement.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to managing and optimizing integrations with a suite of critical vendors that support our Quote-to-Cash workflows. This includes platforms such as LeanData for opportunity routing, Ironclad for contract management, Nue for CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), NetSuite as our ERP system, and Workato for automation. Maximizing the value derived from these integrations will be a significant part of your role.
- • You will be responsible for designing and delivering robust integrations between Salesforce, our ERP systems, and Vanta's core product platform. The goal is to achieve end-to-end automation of the Quote-to-Cash process, reducing manual effort and minimizing the potential for errors.
- • Driving change management and user adoption initiatives will be crucial to ensure that new features and process improvements are effectively implemented and utilized by the relevant teams. Your success will be measured not just by the delivery of features, but by their sustained usage and the intended business value they provide.
- • Continuous monitoring of system performance is essential. You will proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, leveraging data and insights to drive improvements.
- • Effective communication is paramount. You will be responsible for clearly communicating project status, adoption metrics, and the overall business impact of your work to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- • A forward-thinking approach is encouraged, including the exploration and leverage of AI and automation technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce reliance on manual processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Vanta's mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust by building and optimizing the systems that power our growth.
