📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic enterprise client’s Salesforce CPQ migration program, ensuring timely, high-quality execution aligned with business objectives.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, representing the program at the executive level from day one with clear communication and transparent reporting.
- • Drive stakeholder alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and IT teams to ensure unified goals, shared ownership, and seamless integration of CPQ workflows.
- • Manage sprint cadence and Agile delivery rhythms, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum throughout the migration lifecycle.
- • Own issue resolution for technical, process, and organizational challenges arising during CPQ implementation, escalating critical risks with actionable mitigation plans.
- • Collaborate with Bounteous technical and consulting teams to translate client requirements into executable delivery plans within the Salesforce CPQ environment.
- • Ensure adherence to Bounteous’ Co-Innovation methodology by fostering collaborative, value-driven partnerships that accelerate client outcomes and mutual success.
- • Monitor program KPIs and deliverables, providing regular status updates to both client and internal leadership on progress, budget, scope, and resource allocation.
- • Facilitate change management activities including training readiness, user adoption strategies, and process documentation to support long-term CPQ sustainability post-go-live.
- • Coordinate with QA, data migration, and integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between CPQ and existing CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
- • Maintain comprehensive program documentation including project plans, risk registers, communication logs, and decision trails for auditability and knowledge transfer.
- • Act as the bridge between client business needs and technical implementation teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers and analysts.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance CPQ functionality beyond initial scope, recommending enhancements that drive additional business value for the client.
- • Uphold Bounteous’ uncompromising standards for technical excellence and client service, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed enterprise-grade expectations.
- • Participate in client onboarding, kickoff meetings, and retrospective reviews to continuously refine delivery processes and strengthen client relationships.
- • Travel may be required to client sites as needed to support key milestones, workshops, or critical issue resolution sessions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Salesforce Program Manager with hands-on involvement in Salesforce CPQ implementations
- • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level digital transformation programs end-to-end
- • Strong track record of stakeholder management across Sales, RevOps, and IT functions
- • Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery cadences and cross-functional teams
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- • Deep understanding of CPQ configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and contract lifecycle processes
