📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning platforms.
• Perform manual and automated testing including system, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and end-to-end testing to ensure solution reliability and functionality.
• Identify, isolate, document, and track defects and bugs through resolution, ensuring quality sign-off before deployment.
• Actively participate in Agile sprint ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, and working sessions as a core member of the delivery team.
• Review business requirements and user stories to provide early feedback on potential gaps, risks, or ambiguities in acceptance criteria.
• Validate defect fixes to confirm resolution and verify no unintended regression impacts have been introduced across environments.
• Evaluate user interfaces for usability, accessibility, functional accuracy, and conformity to organizational and Salesforce standards.
• Ensure all Salesforce functionality—whether customized or declarative—meets defined acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and project managers to align testing efforts with delivery goals.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and management of test data and QA documentation throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies across projects and the broader QA function.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, testable scenarios and test conditions to maximize coverage and minimize risk.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving Salesforce features and adapt testing strategies accordingly to support rapid delivery cycles.
• Document process flows, test scripts, and quality assurance artifacts to ensure repeatability and knowledge transfer across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
• Minimum of three (3) years of Quality Assurance experience specifically testing Salesforce applications
• US Citizenship is contractually required
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Salesforce data models
• Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and testing strategies
• Hands-on experience with test automation and QA tools such as Selenium, test automation frameworks, and JIRA
