- • As a Salesforce Solution Architect for Sales Cloud at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering transformative Salesforce solutions that drive customer success and innovation in AI-powered business transformation.
- • You will work directly with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, and lead end-to-end Sales Cloud implementations—from design and configuration to QA, launch, and ongoing support—while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with AI and pre-sales teams.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce architecture, release management, and enterprise application design while gaining exposure to AI integration, thought leadership opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration that accelerates your growth as a technical leader in the Salesforce ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on project experience in a Salesforce development or configuration role
- • 10+ implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform architecture, including point-and-click tools like Process Builder and Visual Flows
- • Experience with release management, application lifecycle management, and deployment best practices
- • Client-facing expertise in pre-sales, discovery, design, solution delivery, and enterprise application architecture
