  • • As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing Cresta AI's Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, directly impacting our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
  • • Reporting to the Director of Revenue Technology & Systems, your primary focus will be on leveraging your profound expertise in Salesforce to design, develop, and implement sophisticated solutions that drive operational excellence and efficiency across these critical business functions.
  • • You will be a key player in translating complex business requirements from our GTM teams into scalable, robust, and innovative technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly in its automation capabilities through Salesforce Flows, and a keen awareness of GTM processes and best practices.
  • • You will architect and build advanced Salesforce Processes and Flows, meticulously designed to automate and optimize intricate business workflows, thereby streamlining operations and improving productivity for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with Go-To-Market teams, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges, gather detailed requirements, and architect solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
  • • You will provide essential technical leadership and architectural guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, championing best practices in development, integration, and platform governance to ensure consistency and quality.
  • • Embracing agile methodologies, you will actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, working within an agile framework to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects and enhancements.
  • • A crucial part of your contribution will be facilitating cross-functional integration, working hand-in-hand with our engineering and product teams to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with Cresta’s cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
  • • This integration will involve utilizing reverse ETL tools such as Hex, Hightouch, or Census to ensure data flows accurately and efficiently between systems, enabling a unified view of customer interactions and driving data-informed decisions.
  • • You will be tasked with leading the continuous improvement of Salesforce functionalities, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation, scalability, and optimization to keep our GTM technology stack at the forefront of industry standards.
  • • Ensuring the highest standards of compliance and security will be paramount; you will maintain strict adherence to coding standards, implement robust data security measures, and uphold Salesforce best practices to protect sensitive company and customer data.
