  • • Execute world-class Go-To-Market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
  • • Own the technical execution of Salesforce implementations, ensuring flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting structures, while the Director of RevOps defines high-level architecture.
  • • Design and deploy Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, with deep expertise excluding legacy Workflows and Process Builder.
  • • Manage complex data migrations with precision, addressing messy data scenarios and ensuring integrity across systems.
  • • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts to align with client sales and marketing workflows.
  • • Integrate Salesforce with modern RevOps stack tools including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ platforms.
  • • Serve as a technical consultant by explaining system logic to non-technical stakeholders, such as Sales Managers, to demonstrate time-saving benefits and drive adoption.
  • • Maintain a double-check culture by rigorously testing all changes in Sandbox environments before deploying to production.
  • • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines in a high-velocity, multi-client agency environment.
  • • Accurately track time across client engagements and maintain disciplined time-management practices aligned with agency billing and operational standards.
  • • Collaborate remotely using Zoom and Slack, participating in virtual meetings and providing timely responses to client and team inquiries.
  • • Operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac) and standard office productivity software to perform all job functions effectively.
  • • Ensure reliable internet access and a professional remote work environment to support consistent communication and system performance.
  • • Adhere to company values by challenging the status quo, building campaigns worth talking about, and making bold brands impossible to ignore.
  • • Work within Directive’s DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology to align brand and demand across decision points for B2B clients.
  • • Support three core divisions—Performance, Communications, and Commerce—by enabling seamless data and process alignment across Paid Media, Content Marketing, PR, Paid Social, Marketplace, and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • • Maintain compliance with company policies regarding remote work, data security, and client confidentiality.
  • • Participate in annual performance reviews and contribute to bonus eligibility based on tenure and project outcomes.
  • • Engage in company-wide events including the End of Year Recharge (December 24 – January 1) and annual Anniversary Trips with peers and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
  • • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
  • • Experience with modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
  • • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
