- • Execute world-class go-to-market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- • Own the technical execution of Salesforce implementations, ensuring flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting structures based on high-level architectures defined by the Director of RevOps.
- • Design and deploy Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, avoiding outdated workflows and Process Builder; prioritize efficiency and scalability in automation design.
- • Manage complex data migrations with precision, applying battle-tested strategies to clean, map, and validate data across systems with minimal disruption.
- • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets to align with client sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.
- • Integrate Salesforce with modern RevOps tools including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ platforms to enable seamless data flow and revenue attribution.
- • Serve as a technical consultant by explaining system logic to non-technical stakeholders, such as Sales Managers, to demonstrate how specific configurations save time or improve performance.
- • Maintain a double-check culture: never deploy Flows or changes to production without rigorous testing in a Sandbox environment first.
- • Track time accurately and manage multiple concurrent client projects in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment without compromising quality or deadlines.
- • Collaborate remotely using Zoom and Slack, participating in virtual client meetings, internal stand-ups, and cross-functional strategy sessions.
- • Work from any location within the United States with full remote flexibility; occasional access to the Irvine, California office is optional.
- • Operate a laptop (PC or Mac) and standard office productivity tools with reliable internet access to perform all essential job functions.
- • Maintain professional communication standards and remain stationary for extended periods while engaging in virtual meetings and system development tasks.
- • Ensure all configurations comply with client data governance policies and industry best practices for CRM security and compliance.
- • Participate in client onboarding, discovery calls, and post-implementation reviews to refine system performance and drive continuous improvement.
- • Document all configurations, processes, and changes thoroughly to support knowledge sharing and client handoffs.
- • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and RevOps industry trends to recommend enhancements that drive client ROI.
- • Adhere to agency standards for time management, client billing, and project delivery within a performance-driven culture focused on measurable outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
- • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
