- • Serve as an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant supporting outsourced clients within Strada’s Application Services department under the supervision of a Cluster Lead.
- • Lead end-to-end payroll project implementations through all phases, from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and Strada best practices.
- • Provide application support and implementation consultancy by delivering advice, guidance, and technical activities tailored to client payroll systems.
- • Design and execute error-free, easy-to-maintain SAP HCM payroll customizations and configurations that comply with Strada’s standards and regulatory requirements.
- • Conduct system testing using provided or self-generated test data to validate that payroll implementations meet agreed-upon functional and technical specifications.
- • Produce comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all implemented work packages to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.
- • Manage personal daily priorities while aligning with project timelines and deliverables, ensuring consistent adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- • Regularly report project status and progress to Team and Project Managers, providing clear updates on milestones, risks, and resolutions.
- • Maintain effective communication channels with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely responses.
- • Communicate the status, root cause, and resolution of assigned issues to stakeholders in a structured and transparent manner.
- • Demonstrate a strong understanding of general HR workflows and the SAP HR architecture to effectively support payroll implementations across diverse client environments.
- • Ensure all assigned work packages are delivered on time and in full compliance with project scope, quality standards, and client expectations.
- • Uphold strict confidentiality of client and internal data, demonstrating discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex payroll issues and optimize system performance for international clients.
- • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot system errors, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with global clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements to deliver accurate and legally compliant implementations.
- • Support additional language needs in German; proficiency in Italian or French is advantageous for client engagement in multilingual regions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent experience
- • Proven experience in SAP HCM application implementation
- • Participation in 3+ Swiss payroll project rollouts
- • Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations and practices
- • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
- • Proficiency in German language
