- • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of the Glovia Order Management (OM) software within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with Order to Cash (OTC) business processes.
- • Serve as the primary functional expert for Glovia OM, providing technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on system capabilities, limitations, and enhancements.
- • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate OTC process requirements into functional specifications for Glovia OM system modifications and integrations.
- • Design and execute integration points between SAP S/4HANA and Glovia OM to ensure seamless data flow across order entry, pricing, inventory, billing, and collections processes.
- • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate functionality and resolve defects prior to go-live.
- • Provide ongoing support for Glovia OM post-implementation, troubleshooting system issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions in coordination with IT and operations teams.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business process flows, integration maps, and change logs for Glovia OM and its connection to SAP S/4HANA.
- • Partner with global teams to standardize OTC processes across regions while accommodating local regulatory and operational requirements within the Glovia OM framework.
- • Stay current with SAP S/4HANA and Glovia OM product updates, patches, and best practices to recommend system improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- • Train end users and super-users on Glovia OM functionality, ensuring adoption and minimizing operational disruptions during system transitions.
- • Act as the key liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors to prioritize and manage enhancement requests, change orders, and system upgrades.
- • Monitor system performance metrics and KPIs related to order processing, cycle times, and error rates, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization within Glovia OM.
- • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance policies in all modifications and configurations of the Glovia OM system.
- • Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for Glovia OM-related initiatives, delivering solutions on schedule and within scope.
- • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for Glovia OM, ensuring system resilience and data integrity in the event of outages or failures.
