đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Scaled Partner Manager for Consultants & Agencies at Notion, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s growing ecosystem of external partners who design, implement, and optimize Notion workspaces for customers worldwide. This role is critical to transforming Notion’s partner program from a relationship-driven model into a self-serve, repeatable, and measurable engine that drives adoption, quality, and customer outcomes at scale—directly supporting Notion’s mission to make toolmaking ubiquitous.
  • • You will own the end-to-end partner journey, focusing on building systems that reduce reliance on high-touch management while increasing partner activation, retention, and impact. By applying product thinking, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration, you will design enablement pathways, incentive structures, and quality frameworks that empower thousands of consultants and agencies to deliver consistent, high-value results—turning ambiguity into scalable processes that fuel global growth.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, innovative team at Notion Labs, Inc., a company trusted by industry leaders like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI to streamline work through an all-in-one workspace powered by AI. Notion’s culture emphasizes in-person collaboration on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) in its San Francisco office, fostering deep alignment and creativity among teams committed to building tools that adapt to how people actually work.
  • • The Partner Ecosystem team operates at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations, working closely with Product, Ops, and GTM to translate partner needs into scalable capabilities. You’ll be part of a small, high-impact team shaping how Notion scales its services layer globally, with a specific focus on launching and refining the EMEA motion from Dublin as a replicable model for international expansion.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in partner program architecture, lifecycle automation, and ecosystem strategy—gaining rare experience in building self-serve motions for complex service-based partnerships. You’ll sharpen your skills in experimentation, metrics-driven iteration, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself as a builder who can turn partner networks into predictable growth engines while maintaining a relentless focus on customer outcomes and trust.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in partner programs, ecosystem strategy, partner operations, or go-to-market operations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • • Proven track record of building scalable partner programs, systems, or playbooks that drive adoption and activation—not just managing relationships.
  • • Strong operator-builder mindset: demonstrated ability to ship initiatives, instrument them for learning, iterate based on data, and drive measurable outcomes.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive base salary range of $185,000 - $220,000 per year for San Francisco-based roles, complemented by equity and performance-based compensation.
  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, along with 401(k) matching and flexible spending accounts.
  • • Generous paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave policies designed to support work-life integration.
  • • Opportunities for professional development, learning stipends, and access to internal mobility and mentorship programs.
  • • Hybrid work structure with required in-office collaboration on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) in San Francisco, fostering connection and team cohesion.
