You will also be responsible for delivering remote customer education sessions via video calls, covering essential topics related to library preparation and data analysis, catering to diverse learning needs and geographical locations.
- • A significant part of your role will involve investigating and resolving post-sales customer inquiries and troubleshooting complex technical issues. You will engage with customers via email and phone, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure their research progresses without interruption.
