• • As a vital part of our Growth Engineering organization, your work will directly impact user acquisition and retention. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing high-converting, exceptionally performant, and delightfully intuitive web experiences. Our approach is deeply rooted in experimentation-driven development, where we leverage A/B testing, personalization strategies, and data-informed design principles to continuously refine and enhance conversion rates and overall user engagement across all our brands.
• • We are seeking a talented and self-directed Frontend Engineer contractor to become an integral part of our dynamic Signup & Activation team. In this impactful role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing the frontend experiences that are the very engine of our user acquisition and activation funnels. Your contributions will directly shape how millions of users discover and begin their journey with Scribd's content.
• • As a contractor, you will be expected to integrate rapidly into our established cross-functional squad, contributing meaningfully to ongoing strategic initiatives. This role demands deep collaboration with other engineering teams, talented designers, and experienced product managers. Therefore, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a remote environment are paramount. While your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding frontend solutions, you will also work in close partnership with backend engineers to construct robust, end-to-end product experiences that are powered by sophisticated data insights and personalized user journeys.
