📋 Description
- • Facilitate and coach Agile team processes including work decomposition, dependency management, and backlog management to ensure efficient delivery of business value.
- • Support the Product Owner in clearly communicating the product vision, scope, and domain to the entire team, ensuring alignment and understanding across all members.
- • Assist the Product Owner in breaking down work to maximize business value and optimize team output through effective backlog prioritization and refinement techniques.
- • Guide the Product Owner in adopting newer and emerging backlog management practices to enhance team productivity and adaptability.
- • Facilitate all Scrum events as needed, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles.
- • Help the team define, track, and achieve goals by removing impediments and ensuring clear visibility of progress toward product outcomes.
- • Promote continuous improvement of Agile practices by introducing new techniques, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of learning and adaptation.
- • Create and maintain a safe, trusting environment through structured retrospectives, kaizen events, and open feedback loops among team members.
- • Remove blockers and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, acting as a proactive impediment resolver to sustain momentum and flow.
- • Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality by modeling servant leadership, encouraging autonomy, and supporting mutual accountability.
- • Enable the team to build high-value products by aligning development efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- • Champion and promote Agile values and principles across the organization, influencing teams and stakeholders to adopt Agile mindsets.
- • Coordinate interactions between the Agile team and other internal teams or conventional organizational units to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
- • Help non-Agile parts of the organization build effective communication channels and working relationships with Agile teams to reduce friction and increase efficiency.
- • Drive organizational change that enhances the productivity, maturity, and effectiveness of Agile teams through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example.
- • Adapt to evolving product domains and customer journeys, maintaining up-to-date knowledge to better support the team’s work and strategic goals.
