📋 Description

• As a Scrum Master at Jalasoft, you will lead and support an Agile development team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals by promoting Agile values and fostering collaboration.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching the team on Agile practices, and working closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable smooth delivery.
• Jalasoft is a technology company focused on delivering software solutions through Agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on team empowerment, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Agile frameworks, enhance your leadership and facilitation skills, and contribute to team maturity and organizational agility while gaining exposure to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
