- • As a Scrum Master at TransUnion LLC, you will report to the Senior Manager of the APMO Canada and serve Scrum Teams with onshore and offshore resources to deliver TransUnion Products and Solutions, playing a critical role in enabling Agile delivery and value realization across distributed teams.
- • Day to day, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework; identify and remove impediments; track and report on team progress using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts; support Product Owners in backlog grooming and prioritization; and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- • You will be part of the APMO Canada team supporting TransUnion’s mission to deliver innovative products and solutions through Agile practices, working in a hybrid model requiring a minimum of two days per week in an assigned TU office location with the remainder performed virtually.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scaling Agile practices, gain experience in SAFe and Lean-Agile transformation, develop leadership coaching skills, and drive program-level process improvement through PI Inspect & Adapt, positioning you as a key enabler of enterprise Agile maturity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • Minimum of 10 years of applicable business experience in Information Technology and risk industry (credit or financial services background preferred)
- • Scrum Master (SM) certification with 8+ years’ experience working with and coaching scrum teams
- • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in software application delivery including Agile delivery experience with globally distributed teams
- • Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- • Strong communicator with strong facilitation and collaboration skills
