📋 Description

• • As a Scrum Master in Enterprise Solutions at Ferguson Enterprises, you will enable Agile execution by coaching teams on Scrum practices, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement while supporting release and change coordination to ensure software is delivered safely and predictably.
• • Day to day, you will serve as Scrum Master for one or more Own Brand Agile teams, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, coach teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices, identify and remove blockers, and support release planning, coordination, and production cutover activities in alignment with enterprise governance.
• • You will join Ferguson’s Technology job family within the Enterprise Solutions organization, supporting the Own Brand Technology group, where you’ll partner with Product Owners, Service Owners, development teams, and delivery stakeholders to balance Agile delivery with necessary governance in a Fortune 500 company serving diverse industries across 1,700 locations.
