- • The Scrum Master III role at CareSource Management Group Company is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding and coaching other Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and organizations on the effective implementation of Agile/Scrum practices and values. This role is critical to advancing organizational agility by standardizing Agile principles across IT, business, and PMO functions, ensuring teams operate with high maturity, transparency, and accountability. As a servant leader, the Scrum Master III empowers teams to self-organize, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement—directly impacting the delivery of healthcare technology solutions that improve member outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and leading enterprise-wide Agile initiatives to standardize practices, facilitating cross-team collaboration to propagate Agile maturity, and coaching Product Owners on backlog refinement and stakeholder management in complex environments. The Scrum Master III holds teams accountable to Agile tenets and working agreements, ensures proper use of tools and metrics (including velocity, burn-down, and incremental delivery tracking), and facilitates decision-making, conflict resolution, and transparent communication. They assess Agile/Scrum maturity across multiple teams, coach teams toward higher maturity at a sustainable pace, and build trusting environments where problems can be raised without fear. Additionally, they recommend process improvements, assist in adopting best practices, and support internal and external communication to enhance visibility and alignment.

- • In this role, the Scrum Master III will develop advanced expertise in enterprise Agile transformation, servant leadership, and organizational change management. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Five (5) years of software development experience in full life cycle software development environments
- • Four (4) years of experience utilizing Agile or iterative processes for business process improvements or solutions
- • Five (5) years of business management or stakeholder relationship management experience
- • Professional Scrum Master certification required
