📋 Description

• • As an SDE III specializing in Salesforce and other CX integrations at Netomi AI Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling enterprise-grade AI agent deployments by designing and implementing robust, scalable integrations between our agentic AI platform and leading customer experience systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and others.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include architecting integration solutions, developing APIs and middleware for seamless data exchange, building automated workflows that connect AI agents with CRM and support platforms, ensuring data consistency and security across systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand enterprise CX use cases, and optimizing performance and reliability of integrations at scale.
