- • Author and develop audit solution content that aligns with international auditing standards, including ISA, GAAS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- • Create clear, accurate, and practical guidance materials for audit professionals using Caseware’s software platform, ensuring usability and compliance with evolving accounting standards.
- • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and quality assurance to validate technical accuracy and functional relevance of audit workflows embedded in software solutions.
- • Research and interpret updates to auditing standards from bodies such as the IAASB, AICPA, and CPA Canada to ensure Caseware’s solutions remain current and compliant.
- • Translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, step-by-step instructions and templates used by auditors in public accounting firms, corporate internal audit departments, and government agencies.
- • Conduct user testing and gather feedback from audit professionals to refine content structure, terminology, and workflow logic within the software.
- • Maintain version control and documentation for all audit solution content, ensuring traceability of changes against standard updates and client feedback.
- • Work closely with localization teams to adapt audit content for international markets, ensuring linguistic and regulatory accuracy across 16 supported languages.
- • Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to understand real-world audit challenges and improve solution design based on frontline user experiences.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Caseware’s audit solution library by identifying gaps in existing content and proposing new templates, checklists, and automation workflows.
- • Ensure all authored materials meet Caseware’s quality assurance protocols, including consistency in tone, formatting, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- • Support internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices for audit solution development and mentoring junior content authors.
- • Stay informed about industry trends in audit technology, digital transformation in accounting, and the evolving role of automation in audit processes.
- • Coordinate with global product teams to prioritize content development based on regional regulatory demands and customer adoption patterns.
- • Prepare and review audit solution release notes, helping clients understand new features, compliance updates, and implementation changes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience authoring audit, accounting, or compliance content for professional software platforms
- • Deep understanding of international auditing standards (e.g., ISA, GAAS) and regulatory frameworks
- • Strong written communication skills with ability to simplify complex regulatory language
- • Experience working with audit professionals or in public accounting, internal audit, or regulatory compliance
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
- • Ability to manage multiple content projects under tight deadlines with high accuracy
