📋 Description

• As an SDE3 Backend Software Engineer at Inflection.io, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the core infrastructure of a leading AI-powered B2B marketing automation platform used by top SaaS companies worldwide.
• You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems that process large volumes of data from CRMs, data warehouses, and real-time web activity, enabling AI-driven workflows and personalized customer journeys.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions using modern technologies, ensuring reliability, performance, and observability in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and data-intensive applications while contributing to a product with over 100% net revenue retention and strong market traction.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend development
• At least 1 year of experience as a module or project lead
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Golang
• Strong understanding of database systems including relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), and columnar (SingleStore, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS
• Experience with AWS and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
