- • We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Sales leader to spearhead our nascent Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This leadership position reports directly to the Head of New Business and carries the critical responsibility of optimizing both inbound and outbound sales funnels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive, nurturing approach to team development. This is an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact sales function within a rapidly growing, well-funded startup.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. You will guide them to consistently exceed pipeline generation goals while ensuring they are adept at identifying and articulating the optimal technical solutions that Attio offers to meet customer needs. This involves developing a deep understanding of our product's value proposition and its application across diverse customer scenarios.
- • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the Marketing and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams. You will work in tandem to guarantee that all outbound messaging is consistent with Attio's brand identity and that operational processes are efficient, rigorous, and scalable. This cross-functional alignment is crucial for maintaining a cohesive and effective GTM strategy.
- • You will play an instrumental role in shaping and executing Attio's overall go-to-market strategy. This includes contributing insights from the front lines of sales development to inform strategic decisions and adapting strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
- • Furthermore, you will partner closely with the VP of Sales and Account Executives (AEs). Together, you will refine and execute innovative outreach strategies, particularly focusing on leveraging AI capabilities to enhance the effectiveness and personalization of sales engagement in the current technological landscape.
- • This role demands a leader who can foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity within the SDR team. You will be instrumental in building the foundational processes and playbooks that will enable the SDR function to scale effectively as Attio continues its rapid growth trajectory. Your leadership will directly impact the company's ability to penetrate new markets and expand its customer base.
