- • Lead and scale a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) team focused on the In-Home healthcare vertical, including home health, hospice, and home infusion services, with the goal of driving $100M in revenue.
- • Interview, train, and onboard new SDRs to ensure rapid ramp-up and immediate impact on outbound sales activities.
- • Review recorded calls, emails, account pipelines, and opportunity data to identify performance gaps and areas for coaching improvement.
- • Track and analyze key sales funnel metrics to proactively detect bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates and velocity.
- • Develop and execute personalized coaching plans for each SDR based on quantitative performance data and qualitative call reviews, documenting clear focus areas for growth.
- • Hold SDRs accountable to activities and outcomes that directly drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- • Communicate regularly with the SDR team on what strategies are working, what needs adjustment, and where the team should focus its efforts during scaling phases.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Leadership, and Marketing teams to align messaging, refine targeting, and optimize lead flow and conversion processes.
- • Create and maintain performance reports using available data to identify trends, measure progress against targets, and inform strategic decisions.
- • Demonstrate strong prospecting, qualifying, and cold outbound sales skills while modeling best practices for the team.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking and implementing feedback from peers, leadership, and team members.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and market conditions in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
- • Drive month-over-month growth in team output, SDR development, and overall sales efficiency across the In-Home vertical.
- • Scale proven processes and playbooks across the organization as the team expands and new verticals are introduced.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role within Sales Development
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and cold outbound sales skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- • Ability to create reports, interpret data, identify trends, and make performance-driven decisions
- • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Leadership, and Marketing departments
