  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Perk, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our market presence within Spain.   • • Your primary responsibility will be to execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including phone calls, email outreach, and social media engagement. This proactive approach is essential for identifying and connecting with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations. You will be tasked with reaching out to individuals such as Office Managers, Finance professionals, Operations leads, and Travel Managers, understanding their unique business challenges and demonstrating how Perk's comprehensive travel and expense management platform can provide effective solutions.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve qualifying inbound and outbound leads. This means engaging in meaningful conversations to understand a prospect's needs, pain points, and budget, determining their fit for Perk's offerings. Your ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen will be paramount in identifying genuine opportunities and ensuring that Sales Executives can focus their efforts on the most promising prospects.
  • • You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings for our Sales Executives. This requires not only identifying potential clients but also effectively articulating the value proposition of Perk's platform – a solution designed to streamline business travel, expenses, and administrative tasks, thereby saving companies time and money. Your success in this area directly contributes to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce is a critical component of this role. You will meticulously log all prospect interactions, update contact information, and track the progress of leads through the sales funnel. This data integrity is vital for effective pipeline management, forecasting, and for providing insights into campaign performance.
  • • Collaboration is key to success at Perk. You will work closely with the Marketing team to refine lead generation strategies, provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating higher quality leads.
