- • As an SEM Manager at Rohlik Group SE, you will own and scale paid search across all Rohlik Group brands in multiple European markets, managing multi-million-euro budgets with direct impact on acquisition, revenue, and profitability.
- • You will develop and execute group-wide SEM strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, Shopping, Search, and emerging retail media channels, while analysing performance from impressions to margin and turning data into actionable insights and forecasts.
- • You will work within an AI-first company that values performance, speed, and smart decisions, collaborating with Brand, CRM, Product, and local teams to align messaging and maximise full-funnel impact across markets including Rohlik.cz, Kifli.hu, Gurkerl.at, Knuspr.de, and Sezamo.ro.
- • You will support and mentor junior SEM specialists, help build playbooks and best practices, and continuously optimise accounts through keyword research, feed quality, negative keyword governance, Quality Score, and testing frameworks, while evolving the SEM tech stack with tools like SA360, attribution, and server-side tagging.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of hands-on SEM experience, ideally in large e-commerce or marketplace environments
- • Proven ownership of six-figure monthly budgets and solid results on CAC, ROAS, and profitability
- • Deep knowledge of Google Ads (including P-Max & Shopping) and Microsoft Ads
- • Strong analytical mindset — advanced Excel / Google Sheets, basic SQL, and dashboarding experience (Looker Studio or similar)
- • Familiarity with modern AI / ML solutions and practical understanding of how to use them in performance marketing
- • Advanced English is required; other languages such as Czech, German or Hungarian are a plus
