• • Drive end-to-end executive search execution for high-growth venture-backed and private-equity portfolio companies as well as Fortune 500 clients across North America, EMEA and APAC.
• • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Partners and Principals to craft laser-focused search strategies, translating nuanced client briefs into crisp job specifications, dynamic target-company lists and data-rich market maps within the first week of every engagement.
• • Own the entire candidate funnel—from first touch to final reference—by sourcing, screening and qualifying 50-75 % of all candidates on each search, leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean strings, bespoke email campaigns and warm phone outreach to build a diverse, high-caliber slate.
• • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that embodies True’s “treat people right” value: respond to every inbound within 24 hours, provide transparent timelines, prep candidates for interviews and keep them engaged even when the role is no longer a fit, turning silver medalists into long-term network assets.
• • Expand True’s proprietary talent graph by continuously discovering and uploading net-new executives into Thrive TRM, tagging them with granular skill, industry and diversity markers so the next search starts with an even richer database.
• • Conduct deep-dive research sprints to map entire sectors—e.g., fintech infrastructure, DTC health & wellness, climate-tech supply chain—identifying rising stars, hidden champions and under-represented founders who traditional competitors overlook.
• • Translate raw market intelligence into visually compelling briefs: TAM analyses, competitive org charts, compensation benchmarks and DEI heat maps that enable clients to make faster, data-driven hiring decisions.
• • Orchestrate seamless interview logistics across multiple time zones, coordinating calendars, travel and briefing documents so that Partners, clients and candidates meet on time, every time.
• • Prepare and run weekly client update calls: build the agenda, share pipeline dashboards, capture real-time feedback and translate insights into next-step actions that keep searches on or ahead of schedule.
• • Maintain 100 % data hygiene in Thrive TRM—every note, resume, evaluation and reference is logged, searchable and compliant—so institutional knowledge compounds and nothing falls through the cracks.
• • Experiment with AI sourcing tools and prompt engineering to surface non-obvious candidates, then A/B test outreach messaging to continuously improve response rates and reduce time-to-shortlist.
• • Contribute to the evolution of True’s playbooks: pilot new workflows, codify best practices and train incoming Associates so the entire Search Essentials team levels up together.
• • Progress toward Senior Associate by demonstrating independent ownership of complex searches, mentoring junior teammates and presenting finalist slates directly to clients with minimal Partner oversight.
