  • • Own the full-cycle sales motion for Insider One’s Eureka and Shopping Agent products—our next-generation AI-powered search and discovery suite that helps shoppers find what they love faster and brands unlock incremental revenue. You will be the single-threaded owner of new-logo acquisition in Malaysia & Indonesia while simultaneously acting as the overlay specialist who super-charges our existing 2,000-customer base for cross-sell and upsell.
  • • Drive new business as an individual-contributor Account Executive. You will prospect, map, and penetrate enterprise accounts in retail, e-commerce, travel, and fintech verticals; run discovery calls that uncover high-impact use-cases such as AI-driven site search, conversational shopping assistants, and predictive merchandising; deliver tailored demos that showcase 20-40% uplifts in conversion rate and AOV; build multi-stakeholder business cases with CMOs, Heads of Digital, and CTOs; negotiate commercials; and close six-figure to seven-figure ARR deals.
  • • Act as the strategic overlay partner to our Account Directors on expansion opportunities. You will co-sell into existing customers like Samsung, Nike, L’OrĂ©al, and Domino’s—identifying whitespace where Search can deepen engagement, reduce support tickets, and lift revenue per session. You will run quarterly business reviews, craft ROI models, and quarterback proof-of-concepts that prove value in 30 days or less.
  • • Architect pipeline through a disciplined, data-driven approach. Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and 6sense to build a 3Ă— coverage model; orchestrate outbound sequences with SDRs; co-create ABM campaigns with regional marketing; and speak at industry events, webinars, and customer advisory boards to evangelize AI search trends.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn market feedback into product roadmap gold. You will brief Product on emerging needs such as vector search, LLM guardrails, and omnichannel orchestration; co-author battle cards that arm the field against Google Cloud Retail Search, Algolia, and Bloomreach; and partner with Solution Consultants on complex multi-product deals that bundle Search with our CDP, WhatsApp Business, and Email Journeys.
  • • Champion customer success post-signature. Work alongside Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy—turning early wins into case studies that fuel the next wave of pipeline. You will monitor KPI dashboards (CTR, CVR, RPV, CSAT) and orchestrate executive QBRs that cement multi-year renewals.
  • • Elevate the regional brand. Contribute thought-leadership blogs, speak on panels, and mentor junior reps through Insider One’s “Sales Academy.” Your voice will shape how Southeast Asia thinks about AI-powered search and discovery.
  • • Thrive in a high-ownership, high-velocity culture. We move fast—decisions are made in hours, not weeks. You will manage 15-20 concurrent opportunities, forecast with 90% accuracy, and iterate plays weekly based on win-loss insights.
  • • Make a social impact. Allocate 5% of your time to initiatives like “AI Training for Teachers” and “SheCodes,” helping upskill underserved communities across Malaysia and Indonesia while building a more inclusive tech ecosystem.
