- • Handle incoming calls and emails from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices regarding medication details and benefit inquiries
- • Provide accurate and timely support to resolve member questions related to pharmacy benefits and account information
- • Investigate and resolve member service issues promptly or escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams
- • Strictly adhere to Prime Therapeutics’ standard operating procedures and HIPAA compliance guidelines in all member interactions
- • Maintain professional demeanor and demonstrate empathy while communicating with members and healthcare providers
- • Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to access member records, benefit plans, and pharmacy databases
- • Perform tasks with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in benefit explanations and transaction processing
- • Multitask effectively across phone, email, and internal systems while maintaining quality service standards
- • Follow all security protocols and comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements specific to healthcare data handling
- • Work from a home office that meets Prime’s technical and ergonomic standards, including reliable internet, dedicated desk, and quiet workspace
- • Complete all required training and attest to job-specific security responsibilities and controls
- • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives and operational needs
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED required
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship
- • Must have a suitable home office setup with chair, desk, and reliable internet meeting Prime’s standards
- • Strong PC skills with ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously
- • Strong communication skills with professional demeanor and empathy
- • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
