📋 Description
- • This seasonal Customer Support Representative role at Trackwrestling (powered by FloSports) is critical to ensuring wrestlers, coaches, and event organizers have a seamless experience using the platform during peak wrestling season from September 2026 to March 2027.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing timely, friendly, and professional support via phone and email, actively listening to customers, troubleshooting technical and platform issues, identifying root causes, escalating outages or concerns, maintaining customer accounts, and meeting performance expectations while assisting supervisors with special projects.
- • The Customer Support Team at Trackwrestling plays a vital role in delivering the best wrestling software in the world by serving as the voice of the customer and driving improvements to the user experience during high-volume periods.
- • In this role, the representative will develop strong problem-solving and communication skills, gain deep familiarity with the Trackwrestling platform, build expertise in customer service for sports technology, and contribute directly to improving the experience for athletes and organizers in the wrestling community.
🎯 Requirements
- • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
- • Two or more years of experience on the Trackwrestling platform preferred
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical issues and resolution steps
