- • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to support school communities during book fairs.
- • Help facilitate book orders for schools and coordinate with other team members to ensure each school is fully taken care of.
- • Focus on live queue coverage and standard, documented workflows.
- • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
- • Provide personal customer service to the contact running the book fair at the school.
- • Check in with the contact at the school to help run their fair.
- • Distribute resources to the book fair contact to assist in book fair planning and operation.
- • Provide internal support for Business Development Reps and Account Managers.
- • Use Google Sheets, Slack, and Salesforce to facilitate customer requests and update the CRM.
- • Operate and help instruct customers on how to use the Square register.
