• • As a Secondary Spanish Teacher for MiaPrep Online Academy of Ohio, you will play a vital role in delivering accessible, inclusive, and self-paced Spanish education to students in grades 7–11, supporting their academic growth through personalized feedback, mentorship, and academic advising without the burden of live instruction or lesson planning.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include grading and providing detailed feedback on student assignments, hosting weekly virtual office hours and group tutoring sessions, maintaining a supportive message board with resources, serving as an Academic Advisor to up to 30 students, identifying and supporting struggling learners through tiered interventions, and communicating regularly with students and parents on academic progress.
