SecOps Engineer

📋 Description

• • Own the implementation and day-to-day operation of security controls across endpoints, infrastructure, secure connectivity, and data protection, working closely with IT and engineering to detect threats early, respond quickly, and protect Addi’s environment at scale.
• • Execute migration to XDR platform, implement DLP and SASE controls, deploy MDM solution, maintain endpoint security policies, operate SIEM and SOAR playbooks, and support brand protection operations with specific performance targets and timelines.
• • Join Addi S.A.S., a leading financial platform serving over 2 million customers and 20,000 merchants, backed by top-tier investors and recognized as Colombia’s fastest-growing marketplace and leading Buy Now, Pay Later provider with regulatory approval to operate as a bank.
• • Develop expertise in enterprise security operations, gain hands-on experience with XDR, SASE, DLP, MDM, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, and contribute to scaling security controls in a high-growth fintech environment while collaborating with IT, engineering, and leadership teams.
