• • A Security Analyst (Tier 1 – Alert Analyst) role at ConvaTec Inc. focused on monitoring and responding to cybersecurity alerts as the first line of defense in the Security Operations Centre (SOC), ensuring the continued protection of ICT systems and organizational resilience against cyber threats.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include triaging security alerts, executing incident response procedures, analyzing and escalating cybersecurity incidents, documenting incident handling actions, cooperating with SOCs and CSIRTs, and testing incident handling techniques to improve detection and response effectiveness.
