Security Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Security Engineer at Ondo Finance, you will help secure blockchain-based financial products and infrastructure, working with senior engineers to execute security architecture reviews, implement controls for on-chain and off-chain systems, and support secure delivery as the company scales.
• • Day to day, you will support security architecture reviews for blockchain products focusing on smart contract security, key management, and Web3 integrations; implement and iterate on security controls; perform security assessments of smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure; participate in on-call rotation and incident response; partner with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle; support third-party assessments; and help maintain security documentation, runbooks, and training materials.

• • In this role, you can improve the security posture of Ondo's on-chain and off-chain systems through high-impact controls, identify and help remediate vulnerabilities across smart contracts and infrastructure, contribute to security standards that make secure development the default, and help the team respond effectively to security incidents through detection, runbooks, and follow-through—gaining deep expertise in blockchain security while protecting digital assets and sensitive data in a high-growth fintech environment.
