- • Design, implement, and maintain security controls across cloud infrastructure, application environments, and enterprise systems to protect Perforce’s global digital assets.
- • Lead vulnerability management programs including identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting of security weaknesses across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
- • Develop and enforce security architecture standards aligned with industry best practices, ensuring alignment with CIS benchmarks, NIST frameworks, and ISO 27001 principles.
- • Deploy and optimize threat detection systems including SIEM, EDR, and cloud-native security monitoring tools to identify and respond to malicious activity in real time.
- • Integrate security into DevOps pipelines by implementing secure coding practices, infrastructure-as-code scanning, and automated compliance checks within CI/CD workflows.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles into application development lifecycles and cloud deployment processes.
- • Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies for AI-driven security operations, including automated threat hunting and anomaly detection systems.
- • Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing coordination, and risk analysis for new systems, third-party integrations, and vendor solutions.
- • Respond to security incidents by leading incident response efforts, performing root cause analysis, and documenting post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of security policies, configurations, network diagrams, and control mappings for internal audits and compliance reviews.
- • Provide security guidance and training to cross-functional teams on secure configuration, data handling, and phishing awareness.
- • Stay current with emerging threats, attack vectors, and security trends in cloud, AI, and DevOps environments to proactively enhance Perforce’s security posture.
- • Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regional frameworks.
- • Participate in on-call rotation for critical security alerts and system outages, ensuring 24/7 coverage for high-priority security events.
- • Represent Perforce’s security team in customer audits and due diligence processes, demonstrating compliance and maturity of security controls.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in security engineering with focus on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Proven expertise in vulnerability management, SIEM deployment, and threat detection systems
- • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and integration of security into CI/CD pipelines
- • Experience implementing security controls for AI/ML systems and understanding of AI-specific threat vectors
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, or CCPA
