📋 Description

• As a Security Engineer (Cloud & Endpoint) at Skelar AS, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s cloud infrastructure and endpoint devices across a growing ecosystem of over 2,000 users and 1,000+ devices, enabling secure scaling without compromising data integrity.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive security reviews of key cloud services (Google Workspace, Dropbox, Notion, Slack), managing identity and access via Okta with Zero Trust principles, securing the macOS fleet using Jamf Pro and Jamf Protect, developing and enforcing DLP policies, and leading incident response efforts at L2/L3 levels for corporate environment threats.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise security automation, identity management, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks while contributing to a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and social impact through initiatives like the SKELAR Foundation and veteran accelerator programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, workflows) and understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM)
• Practical experience with Jamf Pro/Protect for macOS device management and compliance
• Experience administering and hardening SaaS services (Google Workspace Enterprise, Slack Grid) according to CIS Benchmarks
• Ability to automate security tasks using Python or Bash, including API interactions and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Strong communication skills to explain complex security solutions clearly to business stakeholders
