- • The Security GRC Lead is a critical role within Sprinklr’s Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team, responsible for ensuring the company meets global compliance standards and maintains robust security controls across its AI-native Unified-CXM platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing audit engagements (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, C5), coordinating evidence collection for internal and external audits, maintaining control and process libraries, leading risk assessments, documenting and tracking remediation of audit findings, managing GRC tools and Confluence repositories, mentoring junior staff, and supporting global audit readiness across time zones.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise GRC frameworks, gain hands-on experience with global compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX), develop leadership and mentoring skills by guiding junior team members, and contribute to Sprinklr’s mission of building trust through secure, compliant, and innovative customer experience technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/security field or equivalent combination of education and GRC-related work experience
- • 5-7+ years of experience in risk, compliance management, or Information Security
- • Knowledge of security controls frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002 and NIST 800-53
- • Experience working with a GRC tool and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and project management skills
- • Proven ability to perform process analysis, document controls, and troubleshoot compliance issues
- • Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams across time zones
