- • The Security & IT Specialist role at Voldex Services Inc. is critical to securing and scaling the company’s technology infrastructure as it supports a rapidly growing, remote-first workforce powering some of the most popular games on Roblox, including Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and maintaining device configuration and security standards, managing identity and access (SSO, least-privilege), overseeing device lifecycle (provisioning to decommissioning), auditing external platforms like Discord and Roblox groups, and collaborating with Engineering to implement security changes without disrupting development workflows.
- • Voldex is a leading gaming company with over 160 million monthly active players across its Roblox games, backed by top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and The Raine Group, and operates with a fully remote team of 85+ members globally.
- • In this role, you will build scalable, secure systems from the ground up, gain ownership over internal IT and security processes, develop expertise in endpoint management and SaaS access controls, and directly contribute to enabling high-velocity game development through reliable, secure infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in IT Administration
- • Experience managing device environments and security within a remote-first or distributed company of similar size or larger than Voldex
- • Experience managing access and permissions across SaaS tools (e.g., SSO software, Google Workspace, admin panels)
- • Experience working with MDM platforms and familiarity with endpoint security best practices
- • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests across teams
