📋 Description

• A Security IT Support Engineer role at Crypto.com focused on maintaining secure IT operations and supporting the company's security posture through hands-on technical work.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing endpoints, access controls, patching systems, providing technical support, and owning vulnerability management across devices, servers, and virtual desktops.
• The role involves supporting the safe adoption of AI tools by understanding associated risks and ensuring secure usage, without requiring AI research expertise.
• You will work within a globally recognized security team led by a distinguished CISO, contributing to a culture that values hands-on experience, rapid learning, and teamwork in a fast-evolving threat landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support with strong knowledge of endpoint management, access control, and system patching.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management across devices, servers, and virtual desktop environments.
• Understanding of security risks associated with AI tools and willingness to engage in securing their use.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, adaptive environment with a focus on rapid cognition and hands-on problem-solving.
