- • As a Security IT Support Engineer at Crypto.com, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and operational integrity of the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting a global leader in cryptocurrency and financial technology.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing endpoints, user access, system patching, and providing technical support, while also owning vulnerability management across devices, servers, and virtual desktops to ensure a secure computing environment.
- • You will work within a highly experienced, internationally recognized Security Team led by a distinguished CISO, contributing to the organization’s industry-leading security posture backed by certifications such as ISO27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS Level 1.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in enterprise security operations, learn to assess and mitigate risks associated with emerging AI tools, and develop expertise in vulnerability management and secure IT practices within a fast-paced, innovative crypto environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in IT support with strong knowledge of endpoint management, system patching, and user access controls.
- • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and processes across devices, servers, and virtual desktop environments.
- • Understanding of security risks associated with AI tools and willingness to engage in safe adoption practices.
- • Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on security and rapid problem-solving.
