• • The Security Monitoring Detection Engineer (R-00143) at TrueZero Technologies Inc. plays a critical role in safeguarding organizational assets by designing, implementing, and optimizing detection capabilities that identify and respond to cyber threats in real time. • • Day to day, the engineer will develop and tune detection rules using SIEM and EDR platforms, analyze security alerts for validity and severity, conduct threat hunting exercises, collaborate with SOC analysts to improve response workflows, document detection logic and tuning rationale, and stay current on emerging TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) to proactively enhance detection coverage.
