- • The Security Operations Analyst role at Delinea is critical to safeguarding the company’s digital infrastructure by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats in real time, ensuring the integrity and resilience of systems that protect human and machine identities across global enterprises.
- • Day to day, the analyst will monitor Delinea’s security platforms to detect and investigate security events, lead cross-functional coordination during incidents, develop and implement security enhancements to reduce risk, collaborate with business units to improve security posture and awareness, and research and evaluate new security tools and processes as directed.
- • The analyst will join Delinea’s global Cybersecurity organization, a mission-driven team focused on delivering intelligent identity security solutions to Fortune 100 companies, financial institutions, and critical infrastructure providers, backed by TPG and committed to innovation, diversity, and operational excellence.
- • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in enterprise security operations, gain hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR, and threat intelligence tools, develop incident response and threat hunting capabilities, and grow into a trusted security advisor while contributing to a culture of integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations (SOC) role
- • Demonstrated working experience at the enterprise level with SIEM, EDR, NDR, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, DLP, firewalls, and email security
- • Experience developing security alerts from logs and events to identify anomalies
- • Experience responding to security incidents to mitigate risk
- • Strong customer service and ability to explain complex technical subjects to internal customers
- • Proficient in spoken and written English
