• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic evolution of our security and customer trust programs. This position is designed for an individual who can build upon our already established excellence in governance and compliance. Your mandate will be to continuously elevate our security and privacy frameworks, ensuring they not only meet but exceed industry standards. A significant aspect of your role will involve leading complex security architecture discussions with our enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert. You will serve as a crucial bridge between our Engineering and Sales teams, ensuring that our rigorous security standards are not a barrier but rather an enabler of rapid business growth.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of security and compliance activities. You will oversee and continuously enhance our overall security posture, managing everything from daily operational practices to the maintenance of critical industry standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC II. This includes actively monitoring and managing the entire lifecycle of our security audits, certifications, and internal controls, ensuring we consistently remain ahead of evolving requirements and maintain our compliance certifications.
• A key deliverable will be owning our security whitepapers and related Information Security (InfoSec) collateral. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining authoritative documentation that clearly articulates our security commitments and capabilities. Furthermore, you will proactively guide prospective clients through intricate InfoSec, compliance, and security architecture conversations as an integral part of the sales motion. This requires a deep understanding of both our technology and the security concerns of enterprise-level organizations.
• You will foster close partnerships with our Legal and Compliance teams to ensure seamless alignment on policies, data handling procedures, and regulatory obligations. This collaborative approach is essential for maintaining a robust and compliant operational framework. Managing and streamlining InfoSec questionnaires will be another critical function, ensuring that we provide fast, accurate, and comprehensive responses to potential clients, thereby accelerating the sales cycle.
• On an operational level, you will manage day-to-day security and compliance operations. This includes overseeing vendor risk management processes, conducting background screenings, and managing compliance onboarding for new clients and partners. You will also work hand-in-hand with our Solution Architects and DevOps teams to translate high-level security requirements into scalable, practical implementation practices within our technology stack.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the security culture and strategy of a rapidly growing AI scale-up. You will be a key player in building trust with our enterprise clients by demonstrating a deep commitment to security and privacy. 🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience implementing and maintaining Security and Privacy frameworks (e.g., SOC II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR), InfoSec for B2B SaaS, and meeting enterprise compliance expectations in regulated industries.
• Fluency in translating technical security concepts for both internal teams and enterprise buyers.
• Proven ability to be both strategic and hands-on, shaping security practices, as well as participating in audits, architecture reviews, and questionnaire responses.
• Experience working closely with solution architects or sales engineering teams, and a demonstrated ability to be a trusted partner in moving deals forward.
• Understanding of how to balance security rigor with scale-up speed, knowing what matters and how to make trade-offs.
• Strong process instincts and the ability to communicate clearly and with just the right level of detail.
